Our Yoga Classes

Breathe Yoga offers in-person and on-line yoga classes for all ages and body types with a wellness focus on the mind and body connection.
 
Our signature workshops are designed for students of all levels.  Each session will provide a basic understanding of a sustainable and effective mindfulness and meditation practice that can be incorporated into daily routines.
