About the Event
Join us in a sacred gathering as we prepare for the new year, welcoming intention and cultivating gratitude. The full workshop includes three transformative sessions that include gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and intention setting. Wednesday workshops will be held on Jan 29, Feb 5, and Feb 12 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. A single ticket for the three workshop bundle is $60.
